Italian Trade Agency Triumphs at Singapore Fintech Festival
We are delighted to share the success of the Italian Trade Agency at the Singapore Fintech Festival 2023, which took place from November 15 to 17 at the Singapore Expo. The festival featured a significant Italian presence, supported by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and in partnership with the Italian Association of the Fintech Sector (Assofintech), and the Bank of Italy.
The Italian Pavilion was officially opened by the Ambassador of Italy to Singapore and Brunei, Dante Brandi, on November 15th. His welcoming speech at Booth 6F25 in Hall 6 set a positive tone for the event.
Speeches by Claudia Segre, Vice President of AssoFintech, and Alessandra Perrazzelli, Deputy Governor of The Bank of Italy, provided attendees with in-depth insights into the Italian fintech industry and the collaborative potential with the Singaporean market.
A highlight was on November 17th at the Technology Stage in Hall 3, where 9 Italian startups delivered presentations on their innovative products and services. These sessions further established Italy’s reputation as a hub for financial technology and innovation.
