Stefania graduated in Law with Honours in Italy and obtained a Master of Laws from the National University of Singapore.
Prior to joining Algebra, Stefania worked and developed extensive experience in the legal and business consulting industry in Singapore. Stefania has handled and advised a diverse portfolio of clients in the business of fashion, retail, F&B, oil & gas, FinTech, e-commerce, shipping and investment holding.
Stefania’s areas of expertise include corporate governance, structuring and investment as well as corporate compliance and regulatory issues.
